The Korean Association for Play Therapy is holding regular domestic and international academic conferences to reorganize academic theories in the field of play therapy and to grow members as clinical experts.
Centered on The Korean Association for Play Therapy’s International Exchange Committee, conferences are being prepared every 2 to 3 years. Since the first international conference with the theme of 'Child Abuse & Family Counseling' in 2006, various topics have been covered such as CCPT, CPRT, Adlerian Play Therapy, Advanced Play Therapy, PTSD and Group Play Therapy, Gestalt Therapy with Children and Adolescents, Harnessing the power of interpersonal neurobiology in family play therapy, and other topics.
